ABO-Group Acquires Délo Boringen to Expand Environmental Drilling Expertise

ABO-Group Environment NV announced its first acquisition of 2025, purchasing a 70% majority stake in Délo Boringen BV, a Belgian company specializing in environmental drilling and sampling. The Van Reeth family, proprietors of Délo Boringen, will maintain a 30% stake and continue closely collaborating with ABO-Group. This acquisition is set to bolster ABO-Group's core offerings in soil studies and environmental sampling, expanding its service range with an emphasis on effective soil pollution management. The move aligns with ABO-Group's strategic aim to foster independence and family business continuity while integrating innovative techniques into their services. Délo Boringen, founded in 2003 and based in Schoten, is noted for its manual and mechanical drilling, soil sampling, and water sampling expertise. Meanwhile, ABO-Group Environment, listed on Euronext Brussels and Paris, is a significant player in engineering and environmental consultancy across various sectors globally. The transaction is expected to be finalized in Q2 2025.
