Abante Assists in Granja Pinilla's Integration with Gruppo Eurovo

Abante has played a crucial advisory role in facilitating the integration of Valladolid-based egg producer Granja Pinilla with the Italian conglomerate Gruppo Eurovo. This deal is significant for Granja Pinilla, a company with over seventy years of experience in the egg sector, as it consolidates its presence in the Spanish market. The family-owned Pinilla will maintain the management of the company, preserving its brand and current leadership team. With a fully integrated operation across three production and classification centers in Valladolid, Granja Pinilla controls the entire production process from poultry breeding to the packaging of the final product. Employing 80 professionals, the company boasts an annual turnover exceeding 40 million euros. The collaboration is regarded as a pivotal step in industry consolidation in Spain, attracting interest from major international industrial groups, as noted by Pablo Márquez de Prado Nieto, partner director of corporate advisory at Abante.
