4U Italia Acquires Stake in CheTariffa.it to Fuel Expansion

4U Italia, a company specialized in contact center and customer management services, has completed the acquisition of a 51% stake in CheTariffa.it, an online tariff comparison platform for domestic and business utilities operational since 2017. The legal aspects of the transaction were handled by Leading Law Notai e Avvocati for CheTariffa.it and by lawyer Massimo Di Prima for 4U Italia. The acquisition marks the beginning of a strategic partnership aimed at strengthening CheTariffa.it's position in the online comparison sector and opening new growth channels, with ambitions for national and international expansion. The new ownership has set a financial target to achieve revenues of 10 million euros by 2027. Sergio Brizzo retains his role as CEO of CheTariffa.it to ensure managerial continuity and strategic vision, while Marc Manfredi, CEO of 4U Italia, assumes the chairmanship of CheTariffa.it. The development plan includes bolstering human resources in the Turin and Palermo offices, alongside an internationalization roadmap targeting Spain as the first foreign market.
