This acquisition integrates 360° Underwriting into the Ryan Specialty Underwriting Managers division, aiming to bolster Ryan Specialty's offerings in latent defect insurance and owner-controlled insurance programs. This strategic move marks Ryan Specialty's official entry into the Irish market, leveraging 360° Underwriting's existing strengths and cultural fit with the parent company.
