InformedDNA Integrates Coriell Life Sciences into Precision Health Vision

InformedDNA, a leader in applied genomics solutions, has acquired Coriell Life Sciences, a Philadelphia-based provider of pharmacogenomic services. This acquisition aims to enhance InformedDNA's precision health capabilities by integrating Coriell's pharmacogenomic services and clinical decision support into InformedDNA's existing framework. The combined offerings promise to improve patient outcomes by providing more personalized medication and treatment plans, ultimately reducing healthcare costs. Coriell's offerings include the Corigen medication risk management program, which helps various healthcare entities ensure optimal medication use for improved patient outcomes. The merger positions InformedDNA to better serve healthcare plans and organizations across the U.S., with particular attention to public employer plans that are currently underserved by precision medicine. Scott Megill, CEO of Coriell Life Sciences, will become the Chief Commercial Officer at InformedDNA to help steer the integration and expansion of their precision health platform, DNAimpact.
