Dubizzle Group Strengthens Real Estate Arm with Property Monitor Acquisition

UAE-based Dubizzle Group has announced its acquisition of Dubai-founded Property Monitor, a SaaS platform offering extensive market intelligence reports designed to assist stakeholders such as buyers, sellers, and investors in making informed decisions. Property Monitor boasts a suite of tools including API integration, automated valuations, and risk analysis. Averaging over 7,700 monthly users predominantly from real estate agencies and developers, Property Monitor has experienced a notable revenue CAGR of 55% between 2022 and 2024. Dubizzle Group views this acquisition as an enhancement of its current market-leading platforms, such as Bayut and Dubizzle, offering greater value to real estate agents and developers. This acquisition follows two previous expansions in recent years, with Drive Arabia acquired in 2024 and Hatla2ee earlier this year, highlighting Dubizzle Group's strategic growth in the real estate market and beyond. The group now oversees seven marketplace brands, employs over 2,400 employees across 10 countries, and receives over 47 million monthly visitors.
