Prospect Partners, a private equity firm, has exited its investment in Bland Landscaping as the company enters a new phase of growth under Comvest Private Equity. In a partnership that began in December 2017, Prospect helped transform Bland Landscaping from a design-focused to a maintenance-focused provider, expanding its reach through systematic growth strategies including seven add-on acquisitions. Headquartered in Apex, North Carolina, Bland Landscaping offers diverse services across North and South Carolina. As part of the transition, leadership will remain with Kurt and Matt Bland, ensuring business continuity. Citizens M&A Advisory and DLA Piper LLP were involved as financial and legal advisors, respectively.
